Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx, delivering within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50, delivering within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas in Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Pieces purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Underwear & Nightwear and Swimwear unless items arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Submit your request within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with subject “Return/Exchange Request” including:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) for return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Refund or exchange preference
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions
  3. Package your return securely in original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship your return to our center using a trackable method (customer pays return shipping unless item is defective/incorrect)

For international returns, mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. Original customs duties/taxes cannot be refunded.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)

Exchange Process

  • New item ships after we receive and process your return
  • Customer pays shipping for new item unless original was defective/incorrect
  • Price differences for higher-value items must be paid

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged/defective item:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll provide a free return label and expedite replacement/refund
