At Pieces Sales Store, we take pride in crafting timeless wardrobe essentials designed to last. However, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary. Our refined returns process reflects the same attention to detail we apply to our collections.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Underwear & Nightwear and Swimwear unless items arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Submit your request within 15 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for approval – Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return Shipping Options
You may choose your preferred shipping carrier for returns. We recommend using a trackable service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We will ship your new item once we receive and process your return
- You will be responsible for shipping costs for the new item unless the original item was defective or incorrect
- If the new item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a free return shipping label and expedite your replacement or refund
